AI Consulting Desk provides AI visibility measurement, analysis, reporting, and consulting services.

Our services may include automated or assisted analysis of how AI platforms respond to realistic customer questions about a business, its industry, products, services, geographic market, and competitors.

Specific products may differ in the number of questions, AI platforms, responses, analyses, or deliverables included.

The AI Visibility Quick Check is a digital analysis that tests defined customer-intent questions across specified AI platforms and analyzes the resulting responses.

The Quick Check is intended to provide a directional snapshot of observed AI visibility at the time the analysis is conducted.

AI responses can vary based on the question, AI platform, timing, context, location, underlying data, and other factors.

Accordingly, a Quick Check does not represent a permanent or definitive measure of how a business will appear in every AI search or recommendation.

AI Consulting Desk does not guarantee that a business will:

• Appear in AI responses
• Be recommended by an AI platform
• Appear in a particular position or frequency
• Outperform a competitor
• Receive leads, customers, traffic, revenue, or other business results

We measure and analyze what AI systems return. We do not control those systems or their responses.

Any recommendations or observations provided through our services are intended to inform decision-making and do not guarantee a particular outcome.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to AI Consulting Desk is accurate and that you have the right to provide it for use in connection with our services.

You should not submit information that you are not authorized to provide.

AI Consulting Desk and its underlying software, methodology, processes, report structures, branding, designs, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to AI Consulting Desk and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive the right to use reports and other deliverables provided to you for your own business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary methodology, software, or platform without written permission.

Our services may rely on third-party AI platforms, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other services.

AI Consulting Desk does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes to their availability, functionality, policies, algorithms, responses, or results.

Prices and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your location and the purchase, Stripe may calculate and collect applicable taxes at checkout, and may act as the merchant of record for the transaction, handling payment processing, billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.

You agree not to use AI Consulting Desk to:

• Violate applicable law
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Abuse automated systems or services

• Misrepresent your identity or authorization to use submitted business information

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, created a security risk, or engaged in unlawful activity.

AI Consulting Desk provides its services on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website, platform, AI integrations, or services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform.

AI-generated results are inherently variable and should be interpreted as observations rather than guarantees of future outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Consulting Desk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, customers, or profits.

Our total liability relating to a particular purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid to AI Consulting Desk for that service, except where a greater limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
