Information related to purchases

Payment transactions are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We may receive information about your purchase and transaction, but we do not need to directly collect or store your full payment card number to process your payment.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we may collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and information about how you interact with the website. We may use analytics or similar technologies to understand website usage and improve our services.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and OpenAI's ChatGPT ads measurement, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how visitors find us and whether an ad led to a purchase. This may include ad click identifiers (such as a Google click ID), campaign details from the link you followed, pages viewed, and an order reference, value, and currency when you complete a purchase. We do not send your name, email address, or payment details to Google or OpenAI for this purpose. We do not send purchase measurement for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. You can limit ad measurement through your browser settings, ad blockers, or Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

We may use information we collect to:

If you request a free AI Visibility Snapshot, we send the private result email and may send related follow-up emails over the next 14 days. You can unsubscribe from the follow-up emails at any time. Unsubscribing does not prevent receipts, purchased report emails, or the original Snapshot result email.

When a Snapshot email link leads to the Quick Check page, we record the first visit connected to that Snapshot. We use this first-party record to understand whether the follow-up was useful. We do not require email-open tracking or third-party click tracking for this measurement.

We keep suppression records for unsubscribes, hard bounces, and spam complaints. Unsubscribes stop Snapshot follow-up emails. Hard bounces and spam complaints may block further email to that address to protect delivery quality and respect recipient preferences.

When you submit information about a business for an AI visibility analysis, we may use that information to generate realistic customer-intent questions and conduct the analysis.

Questions and other information necessary to perform an analysis may be processed through third-party AI platforms, APIs, or other technology providers used to deliver the service.

The purpose of doing so is to evaluate how AI systems respond to questions relevant to the business being analyzed.

We may use third-party service providers to help operate the website and provide our services. These may include providers involved in:

Payments made through AI Consulting Desk are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout. Payment information is subject to the applicable provider's privacy policy and terms.
