Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your AI Consulting Desk purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@aiconsultingdesk.com and we will process it through our payment provider, Stripe.

When contacting us directly, please include your name, the email address used for the purchase, and your order information so we can locate your order quickly.

If a technical problem prevents your report from being generated or delivered, we will first attempt to correct or regenerate it. If we cannot successfully deliver the purchased service, you will receive a full refund regardless of when the issue is identified.

Duplicate charges caused by a payment or technical error are always refunded.

The Quick Check measures what AI platforms returned under defined test conditions at a point in time, and AI responses can vary. You are purchasing the analysis, not a particular outcome. That said, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless: if the report was not what you hoped for, you can still request a refund within 30 days.
